These terms apply when you visit the FlowAd website, join the waitlist or use an account. Please read them. Last updated 21 September 2026.
The agreement
What you agree to by using FlowAd
FlowAd is provided by Cloudemy Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd., of Diamond City Plaza, Jankipuram, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226021, India. By using the website or an account you accept these terms. If you use FlowAd for a business, you confirm that you can accept them for that business. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The service and pre-launch access
FlowAd reads a business website and produces a vertical video ad with a script and voiceover. It is in a pre-launch stage. Access is limited to people we have admitted, features can change or be removed, and the service can be interrupted. Paid plans are not on sale yet. Before they are, we will publish the terms that apply to purchases, and you will need to accept them separately.
Accounts
You are responsible for the account you create and for keeping your sign-in details private. Give us accurate information. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You may not share access with people outside your business or create accounts to get around limits.
Your content
Your content means the website addresses, business details, files and instructions you give FlowAd, and the ads it produces for you. You keep your rights in it. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service for you, including sending text to the providers named in our privacy policy.
You must have the right to use anything you provide. That includes the website FlowAd reads, the logo and images you upload, and any names, offers or claims that appear in your ad.
AI generated output
FlowAd uses AI to draft scripts and to generate voiceover. The output can be wrong. We build the product to avoid inventing facts and we flag figures we could not source, but we cannot guarantee that an ad is accurate, complete or suitable for you. You are responsible for reviewing an ad and for what you publish. Check every price, date, rating and claim, and make sure the ad follows the advertising rules that apply to your business and to the platform where you post it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use FlowAd to:
- make ads that are false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- promote illegal goods or services, or content that is hateful or sexually explicit;
- read or copy a website you have no right to use;
- probe, overload or break the service, or try to reach parts of it that are not yours;
- resell or repackage the service without our written agreement.
We may remove content or suspend access if these rules are broken.
Our material
The FlowAd software, templates, design, music beds and other library assets belong to us or to our licensors. You may use them inside the ads you make with FlowAd. You may not copy or resell the templates or library on their own, or reverse engineer the service.
Third party services
FlowAd relies on services from other companies, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are outside our control.
No warranty
FlowAd is provided as it is, especially during pre-launch. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using FlowAd and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if the law requires it or if we close the service. We will give notice where we reasonably can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using FlowAd after a change, you accept the new terms. We will tell you by email about changes that affect you materially.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Who owns the ads I make?
You do, subject to the terms about third party material on this page. We do not claim ownership of your ads or of the content you give us.
Am I responsible for what the ad says?
Yes. FlowAd drafts from your website and flags figures it could not source, but you review the ad and decide what to publish. Check every claim before it goes out.
Can access be withdrawn?
During the pre-launch stage access is limited and can change. We will give notice where we reasonably can.
