Questions about the product
How a step works, what a template does, whether it suits your industry, or what happens when your site is thin. The how it works page answers a lot of this, and we are glad to fill in the rest.
Template requests
Tell us what your business does and what an ad for it should achieve. We are building the library now and requests shape what comes next. You can see what exists on the templates page.
Pricing and plans
The pricing on the site is planned and not final. If you are thinking of using FlowAd for a team or an agency, tell us how many ads you would make a month and we will take it into account. The pricing page has the current plan.
Your data
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write from the email address you used. Our privacy policy explains what that is.
Partnerships and press
Say who you are and what you have in mind. We are open to talking about integrations, resellers and coverage.
Before you write
What helps us answer well
A few details save a round of questions. Give us the name of your business and the address of your website. Say what you want the ad to do, whether that is calls, bookings, WhatsApp messages or visits. Mention the language you would use, and any deadline such as a festival date.
Do not send passwords, payment details or anything you would not put in an email to a stranger. We will never ask for them. If you already have a FlowAd account, tell us the email address on it so we can find you.

Common questions
How quickly do you reply?
We read every message and reply as soon as we can. A detailed question can take a little longer than a quick one.
Can I get a demo before FlowAd opens?
Write to us with your business and website, and we will tell you what we can show. Access is limited before launch, so we cannot promise a session for every request.
How do I remove my email from the waitlist?
Send a message to info@cloudemy.in from the address you signed up with, and we will delete it. The privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
Do you offer custom work or white-label ads for agencies?
Not as a product yet. Cloudemy also builds custom software, so if you have a specific need, describe it in an email and we will say whether we can help.
