AI video ad maker pricing, built on credits

FlowAd plans to charge in credits. A standard ad of up to 30 seconds costs 5 credits, and you buy a pack once and spend it when an offer needs an ad. We have not decided the prices yet, and we would like your help setting them.

Credits

What a credit pays for

Credits cover the work the AI does and the final render. Small script changes are planned to cost little or nothing.

Reading and writing

Reading your website, working out the goal and writing the script in the template’s structure.

Voice

Generating narration for each scene, and again if you change a line and want it re-voiced.

Rendering

Building the finished video. The cost varies with the template, and you see it before you confirm.

Why credits

Why we chose credits over a subscription

Small businesses do not need an ad every week. A restaurant runs a festival menu, then nothing for two months. A clinic promotes a check-up camp once a quarter. A monthly plan charges for the quiet stretches, and people cancel it and lose the account.

Credits do not expire, so a pack bought for one busy season is still there for the next. You pay when you make something, and only for what you make.

Compare that with the usual routes. A freelancer or a studio quotes per video, with planning, revisions and a wait. A subscription editor charges monthly and still asks you to write the script and cut the footage. FlowAd is meant to sit between the two: a finished ad from your website, paid for by the piece. See how the process works on the how it works page, or browse the templates to see what you would be starting from.

What is not decided yet

The prices, the credit cost of premium templates, the size of the free allowance and how refunds for failed renders will work are all still open. We will publish them before opening and tell the waitlist first.

FAQ

Questions about pricing

Have prices been decided?

Not yet. We would rather set them with the people who will pay them, so the poll on this page asks what one standard ad should cost. Anyone on the waitlist hears the final prices first.

Is there a subscription?

The plan is credits. You buy a pack, spend credits when you need an ad, and keep any that are left. A monthly plan for frequent users may come as an option, and the poll asks which you would prefer.

How many ads does a credit pack make?

A standard template of up to 30 seconds costs 5 credits, so 20 credits make 4 ads and 100 credits make 20. Premium templates may cost more, and each template will show its cost before you render.

What does the free tier include?

Ten credits to try FlowAd on your own website, which is about two standard ads. Exports from the free tier carry a watermark. Paid credits remove it.

Do I pay to edit an ad after it renders?

The plan is that changing a script costs little or nothing, while a new final render costs the template's normal credit price. The exact rules are still being settled and will be published before launch.
